Quotation / Budget Estimation  

All smaller work/ jobs are quoted on an hourly basis and larger works are on a fixed quotation with an agreement of what work will be carried out within a quotation. All work is expected to be paid for when the work is complete or part / stage payments dependent on the size of your project.

Materials 

We carry a number of materials for everyday use such as mortars, silicone, caulk, filler, screws and fixings etc. Any additional materials that may be required for your project which we may not have, will require payment up front. The time and fuel used to collect the materials will be billed for at the end of the job. 

 

Payment 

We accept cash and bank transfer and will provide an Invoice for you at the end of the job or payment stage, receipts are also given.
